Welcome – please enjoy your stay

The wish of management and staff is for all guests to be able to enjoy a safe, happy, friendly and relaxing stay whilst at the holiday park.

Please be considerate of others and ensure your site and belongings are kept secure and tidy at all times. Please read the following which applies to all guests, residents or invited guests.

Amenities: the amenities are for the use of park guests only.

Bicycles/scooters/rollerblades: to be used during daylight hours only. Please observe all road rules including the wearing of helmets and necessary protective gear. Children are to be supervised at all times.

Children: for the safety of all guests, we require that all minors are back at their registered accommodation/site by 10 pm. Adults/parents are responsible for all minors in their care.

Departure: all sites are to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure unless you have made arrangements to have a late departure.

Dump point: see map for location. Dump points located at Sisters Beach fire station and Wynyard waste transfer station entrance.

Noise: please be respectful of the enjoyment of others within the park by restricting noise from television, music and social gatherings between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

Parking: one car space is allocated for most sites/accommodation. Please park your vehicle in this allocated position and not on the road ways. If extra vehicle parking is required, please arrange with manager prior to parking.

Pets: the park is pet friendly. We would ask that you keep your pets under your control. We don't allow pets in accommodation due to health reasons, unless it's a certified service dog.

Reception hours: the manager lives on site and will come and attend to you if you ring either of the two numbers listed at reception area.

Security: whilst park managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside the tent, caravan or cabin during the day and overnight.

Smoking: please note that smoking is not permitted in any accommodation or common areas. An additional cleaning fee may be incurred if smoke is detected in your cabin.

Speed limit: all roads in the property are shared between pedestrians and vehicles. Speed limit so walking pace only.

WIFI: available throughout the property for guests.

Wildlife: we asked that you do not feed any of the wildlife as human food can be detrimental to their health.

Please be considerate of other guests and refrain from the following whilst in the park: no swearing, illegal drug use, no excessive use of alcohol, no undue mess around the site, no unregistered overnight guests, no undue noise, no acts of violence or abuse, no smoking in accommodation, no unregistered vehicles and no driving lessons to be conducted in the park grounds. Failure to comply with any of the above including any damage caused to the park accommodation or property may result in the guest being asked to vacate and leave the property with no refund issued.

Note: any caravan/campervan leads connected to our power outlets must be 15 amp tested and tagged. No double adapters are allowed. For the comfort of all guests, generators are not permitted.

Risk warning

Park management wishes to warn all persons who engage in any activity for recreation, enjoyment, leisure or relaxation that pursuit of such activities may result in harm or serious personal injury. All persons who engage in such activities do so at their own risk. Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times.
